1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Flovaly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Flovaly is an AI-powered content creation platform that enables users to generate images, videos, and UGC content using artificial intelligence. Features include character creation, face swap, UGC creation, and cinematic video studio.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Flovaly.
4. Subscriptions & Credits
Flovaly operates on a credit-based subscription model. Credits are consumed when generating content. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan. All payments are processed through Stripe.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create using Flovaly. You grant Flovaly a non-exclusive license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service. Content shared publicly may be viewed by other users.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Flovaly to: create deepfakes or non-consensual imagery of real people, generate illegal or harmful content, violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models.
7. Affiliate Program
Flovaly offers an affiliate program with tiered commission rates (15-30%). Commission is earned on recurring subscription payments from referred users. Flovaly reserves the right to modify commission rates or terminate the affiliate program with 30 days notice. Self-referrals are prohibited.
8. Refunds
Credits consumed for content generation are non-refundable. If a generation fails due to a platform error, credits will be automatically refunded. Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
9. Limitation of Liability
Flovaly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Flovaly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
