Acceptable use
The ground rules.
Flovaly is a powerful tool. This is the short list of how not to misuse it — written in plain language so there's no confusion.
Prohibited content
You may not use Flovaly to generate content that sexualises minors, depicts real violence against identifiable people, incites hatred against protected groups, or violates applicable law in your jurisdiction. Sexual content involving real people without consent is strictly prohibited. We use both automated and human review to enforce this.
Intellectual property and likeness
Don't generate content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or the likeness of real people without their permission. If you train a character on a real face, you are confirming you have the right to do so. We respond to valid takedown requests within 48 hours.
Spam and abuse
No mass account creation, no credit farming, no automated scraping of generated outputs, no resale of raw access to the platform, no harassment of other users or our team. Affiliate fraud — self-referrals, fake signups, incentivised conversions — results in immediate forfeiture of earnings.
Security and integrity
Do not probe, scan, or attempt to disrupt the service. Do not attempt to extract our model weights or reverse-engineer protected features. Responsible security research is welcome — email general@flovaly.com before testing anything that touches other users.
Enforcement
We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Severity matters — a first-time mistake with adjustment in good faith is different from a deliberate pattern of abuse. Refunds are not guaranteed for terminated accounts. Repeat or egregious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
Reporting
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, please report it to general@flovaly.com. Include links, screenshots, and any context that helps us act quickly. We aim to triage every report within one business day.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves and as new abuse patterns emerge. Material changes will be announced via email and in our changelog. Continued use of Flovaly after an update means you accept the revised policy.
