How we work
Remote-first across EU and UK time zones. Two in-person offsites a year. Written-first culture — we'd rather draft a one-pager than sit through a meeting. Senior bar across the board, low ego, high taste. If you ship great work and you're kind to teammates, you'll fit in.

Senior product engineer (Full-stack)
Remote — EU / UK time zones · Full-time
Own end-to-end features across our Next.js dashboard and the orchestration layer that runs every generation. You enjoy moving fast and you ship things that feel built, not glued.
ML Engineer — Video pipeline
Remote — global · Full-time
Push the quality bar on talking actors, lip sync, and character consistency. You read the papers, you ship the inference code, and you obsess over the last 5% of fidelity.
Growth marketer
Remote — EU / UK time zones · Full-time
Run paid, content, and lifecycle as one engine. You ship landing pages on Monday and read attribution data on Tuesday. Bonus points if you have sold to founders before.
