When you create an account, we collect your email address and profile information provided through Google OAuth. When you use our services, we collect content you generate (images, videos), usage data, and payment information processed securely through Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our AI content generation services, process payments, send service-related communications, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Content You Generate

You retain ownership of content you create using Flovaly. We store generated content on secure cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare R2) to enable you to access and download it. Content marked as public may be displayed in our community gallery.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers in the EU (Supabase, EU West region). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Supabase (authentication & database), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare R2 (media storage), Kling AI and FAL.ai (AI generation), and Vercel (hosting). Each service has its own privacy policy.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your account and data at any time through your account settings. To request complete data deletion, contact us at privacy@flovaly.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform.
