Is there a maximum team size?+
There is no hard cap on team members. You can invite as many people as you need. Pricing scales with the number of seats, so you only pay for the people who are actively using the workspace.
How do permissions work?+
There are three roles: Admin (full control including billing and member management), Editor (can create, edit, and manage content), and Viewer (can browse and download content but cannot generate or modify). You can change roles at any time from the workspace settings.
How does billing work for teams?+
Billing is centralized under the workspace owner. You get a single invoice each month that covers all seats and credits used by the team. Credits are shared from a common pool — the owner can set per-member limits if needed.
Can external clients access the workspace?+
Yes. You can invite clients as Viewers so they can browse and download approved content without being able to generate or modify anything. This is useful for review-and-approve workflows with external stakeholders.
